JLBC wins AJLI Award!
|
Congratulations to the Junior League of Berkshire County, MA on winning one of the three categories of the Surf Challenge contest sponsored by the Association of Junior Leagues International! AJLI was so excited about the number of Leagues who took the challenge, in fact, one category was literally a close race to the finish!
Following are the winners of the $500 donation courtesy of Digital Cheetah:
The greatest % of change in enrollment - Huntington, WV - 1439 %
The largest number of League members enrolled on the site - Augusta, GA - 556
The first League to hit 100% of total League members enrolled - Berkshire County, MA
Since our League was one of the winners of the challenge, we will be receiving $500 from Digital Cheetah and inclusion in the upcoming Summer Issue of AJLI's newsletter, CONNECTED – an article that summarizes the contest! |

The Junior League of Berkshire County (JLBC) is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
We are committed to improving the quality of life in our community through initiatives benefiting the health and well-being of women and children.
We are part of The Association of Junior Leagues International which is made up of 293 Junior Leagues in four countries involving more than 193,000 volunteer members.
Working together, we identify needs, forge effective coalitions and work for change.
